Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

Q: What is the Anomalie Veil Collection return policy?
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment. Merchandise must be shipped back to Anomalie at 2515 Milvia St, Berkeley CA 94704. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Final sale items may not be returned.
Q: Do I pay for my veil at the time of ordering? Or do you accept partial payment?
You must pay the entire cost of your veil(s) at the time you place your order.
Q: How quickly will my veil arrive once I've placed my order?
If your veil is in stock, it will take approximately 7-14 business days for your ve to arrive. If your veil is not available for immediate shipping, you can expect to receive your veil in 6-8 weeks or within time frame specified in the product description for the veil you ordered.
Q: How will the veil be shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt?
Your veil will be shipped via USPS. We do not require a signature upon receipt of the package. You will receive tracking information when your item is shipped.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Orders can only be shipped to the United States and Canada.

Q: What sales tax is applied to my order?
Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process and is based on existing local, state, and federal laws.Taxes will be specified in Checkout prior to submitting your order.
Q: How is my promo code or gift card applied to my order?
Promotional (promo) or gift card codes can easily be redeemed during the online checkout process. After adding items to your Cart, enter a valid code where prompted and you will see the discount or gift card amount applied to the applicable items.
- There is a limit of one promotion code per item per order. (For example, a dollar discount promotional code cannot be combined with a free shipping promotional code)
- Promotions are issued with expiration dates, while supplies last. Promotion dates cannot be extended for individual customers.
- Dollar-off, percentage-off, and minimum purchase promotions are applied to the merchandise subtotal, before shipping charges and taxes have been applied.
- Promotions may have requirements and discounts based on specific products or product combinations, minimum purchases, or maximum discounts. All requirements must be met to receive your discount.
- If you return an item that was purchased with a promotion, you will be refunded only for the amount you paid (the price of the item less the promotion value).
Q: How accurate are the color descriptions of each item?
Because settings on individual computers vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact color(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to to accurately reflect the color as best as possible, on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors.
